Ferdinand Ruaño - The Investment Manager and CEO of Pentas Homes

Ferdinand Ruaño is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial professional with deep expertise in finance, wealth management, and real estate. He holds a Finance degree from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans. Early in his career, Ferdinand was a top‐performing securities broker—recognized among the “Who’s Who in Finance” in 1998–1999—and pioneered international investment strategies in Puerto Rico. He also played a key role in helping the South African government raise capital during Nelson Mandela’s transition in 1994. In 1985, he founded Total Financial Planning, which evolved into Ruaño Investment Planning Group Inc., and later served as a consultant for the IPO of Genaissance Pharmaceuticals in 2000.

Today, Ferdinand is the CEO of Private Equity Solutions LLC, a firm that manages over $40 million in real estate assets and provides technical economic analysis and investment advisory services. Under his leadership, PES sources and structures real estate investments and funds tailored to investors’ needs. He is also the founder and investment advisor representative of FRA Services Inc., a registered investment advisory, and held a life insurance license from 1982 to 2007.
